Public offer

This document is a public offer by Fortune 1712 LLC (hereinafter “the Company”) for the provision of services of the project “Life Lessons with Esther”. Signing up for membership, buying any product or ticking consent in the app constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

1. Terms

• Company: Fortune 1712 LLC, the service provider.
• Participant: an individual who has accepted the terms of the offer.
• App: the Telegram app “Life Lessons with Esther” and related pages.
• Club: a closed subscription space: group sessions, recordings, a channel, personal reviews.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Company gives the Participant access to services of their choice:

• Club membership (Silver / Gold / Platinum levels): group sessions, a library of recordings, a private channel, personal reviews and the meetings included at the level.
• Separate digital products: courses, guides, recordings of broadcasts.
• Personal consultations: by appointment.

2.2. The services are educational and developmental in nature and are not medical, psychotherapeutic or financial help.

3. Provision and payment

3.1. Current prices are shown in the app. Payment is made through the connected payment services (Stripe).

3.2. Membership is set up as a monthly subscription that renews automatically until the Participant cancels it.

3.3. Access opens immediately after payment; a confirmation is also sent to the Participant's email.

3.4. Active club members have access to all recordings of broadcasts, including past ones.

4. Refunds

4.1. A refund is possible before the actual provision of the service begins (before first access to the relevant content, or participation in a session or consultation).

4.2. Once provision of the service has begun, payment for the part provided is non-refundable. Free materials and bonuses are non-refundable.

4.3. A refund request is sent to the Company's email; it is reviewed within up to 7 business days.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All materials (broadcasts, recordings, courses, guides, texts) belong to the Company and/or Esther Katz. Recordings and materials are provided without the right to pass them to third parties, copy or download them.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company does not guarantee specific results: they depend on the Participant. The services are provided “as is”.

6.2. 18+. The services do not replace professional medical or psychological help.

7. Personal data

7.1. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the offer.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Company may change the terms of the offer by publishing a new version in the app. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing agreement, under the law of the Company's place of registration.
